Before the walls close
We review the plans with you and mark every drop, back box, keypad and speaker location. You get the marked drawings back.

At framing
Cabling, conduit and back boxes go in alongside the electrical rough-in, so nothing is fished later.

After paint
Devices mounted, hub configured, network live and tested to the boathouse and the dock. Same window as your trim, usually.

Handover
We walk the owner through every scene on their own phone. The question in July comes to us.
